It can be tough to do but shine on. When the world shows hate, vibrate higher with love and light. <3

Book 2 in my series has finally arrived, I am so pleased with A Downdog Day!
My idea for these stories has always been a grand one, so I am practicing patience as I am able to complete the vision one at a time. The subject of A Downdog Day is an important one. When I started writing books for children about emotion regulation, I knew that anger was something I had to address. Frustration can be the most difficult experience to communicate to others, we often don’t learn how, until well into adulthood. My goal for A Downdog Day was to teach to young kids that it is fine to be angry, and that there are multiple ways to deal with frustration, some better than others. Kat Smith once again did a fantastic job helping me with illustrations, and I am so grateful for what this idea has become.
Along with Happy Headstand, this new book now has a special place in my heart and I look forward to further sharing my messages and love.
Have a fantastic day! <3
